SIGA Rewards is one card for the seven SIGA casinos, with four tiers: Emerald, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Anyone under 19 is a prohibited individual at SIGA casinos. Winnings of prohibited individuals are withheld under SIGA's Disentitlement of Winnings policy, in place since June 30, 2016.
Gold Horse Casino is at 3910 41st Street, Lloydminster SK S9V 2K8, and the phone number is 306-825-3777. Parking is free, with plenty of space. It sits along the Yellowhead Highway on the Little Pine First Nation, inside the City of Lloydminster. The casino opened in December 2018. Its interior design draws on the surrounding community's oil and gas industry, worked in wood, metal and glass.
Lloydminster is a border town, and Gold Horse serves guests from Alberta and Saskatchewan alike. Visitors arriving from the Alberta side can leave their watches exactly as they are.
RV parking permits at Gold Horse are valid for 3 days in total, and there is no power. SIGA's RV rules apply on top of that. Guests travelling in recreational vehicles register with a SIGA Rewards card at Guest Services. There are no reservations, and every RV guest must be 19+.
In straight lines, Gold Horse is 257.2 km from Saskatoon City Hall, 484.0 km from Regina City Hall and 281.0 km from Prince Albert. These are map distances between coordinates, not driving distances. Lloydminster runs on one clock. Saskatchewan time is now always the same as Alberta's, so the casino's posted hours read the same from either side of the border.
